Just a quick update of the day:
1. Nana is spending the night with me at the dorm. She doesn't have power at home and she has an early class tomorrow.
2. This morning Emmanuel called me at 6 AM....because he was in a shady part of town.
3. I'm NOT working today. No way I'm going out and driving. We had hurricane winds and there are trees down all over Eastern Parkway. I'm lucky U of L didn't really lose power.
We had sushi and chinese for lunch. :) I might run home and get blankets and stuff. I have to take the suitcases home too.
I really am hoping that me'n Nana can hit up the Asian Food market.
Oh for a funny story. A couple days ago my exroomie Lorin and another girl Megan decided that it would be cool to moon the people outside on the ground floor...yeah. Sometimes I wonder about them. I really was annoyed that they run around the floor naked. Plus this other girl was running around in just a thong. My eyes were burning. I mean don't get me wrong I definitely don't have a problem with nakedness and the human body in art but man that was not what I wanted to see at like 2 AM...
Lorin had this febreeze obsession and she always sprayed it over the air conditioner so it would go through the whole room. The first kind she had literally made the room smell like someone had pissed in there. It was horrible. Plus as cool as she can be she can also be really rude sometimes. Like one time when she came in at 3AM and turned all the lights and music on when I was asleep...I was pissed. Especially cause at first when we moved in together she was like when you wake up before me be quiet. Go get ready in the bathroom or somewhere else cause I want to sleep. RUDE. It is my room too. Plus she used both mirrors in our room at the same time to do her hair so it was practically impossible to get ready in the morning. She was like you'll just have to wait. I'm not a big fan of sororities or partying and all she and the neighbs do is party and stuff. We were total opposites. She likes High School Musical and Zac Efron.
Anyways....life sucks and I'm still trying to catch up from last Tuesday from when I was sick. :( Blech.
